COMPANY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
All companies that wish to hire foreign employees, must apply for this certificate which validates the company’s legal operation.
VISAS (JOB OFFER, FAMILY UNIT)
All companies that wish to formally hire a foreign employee, apply for this process.
MIGRATORY STATUS MODIFICATION
Applicable for individuals who wish to switch from student to temporary resident, from tourist to temporary resident by family unit, and from temporary resident to permanent resident.
WORK PERMIT
A temporary residence holder (Family Unit, Students) will need to apply for a work permit to be able to engage into remunerated activities.
NOTIFICATIONS
Temporary and permanent residents need to keep authorities updated, regarding address, marital status, workplace, name and nationality changes.
REGULARIZATIONS
Under the unfortunate case that a migratory document has expired without being renewed, it can always be managed with this process, although the applicant will have to start counting the years of temporary residency from zero after applying for a regularization.
EXIT AND RE ENTRY PERMITS
All applicants undergoing any migratory process that deprives them from their migratory document and wish to exit and then return to the country for no longer than 60 calendar days must request this permit to avoid losing their current migratory status.
NATURALIZATIONS
Temporary and permanent residents can apply for this process which grants them a Mexican nationality, it is important to point out that it can be withdrawn if the applicant spends more than five years abroad without entering the country.
